Does REPLU read or store my private chat messages?

No. REPLU operates with an ephemeral, in-memory architecture. The Android AccessibilityService only inspects the visible chat text when you are actively inside a supported chat app (WhatsApp or Instagram). The text is temporarily parsed in RAM, transmitted over encrypted connections, and immediately deleted once reply options are generated. No message histories or identities are saved to databases or used to train public AI models.

Does REPLU send messages automatically?

Never. By core engineering principle, REPLU only drafts and pastes text into your chat box when you tap Insert. You retain 100% control to review, edit, or cancel before manually pressing the send button.

Why does REPLU need the Android Accessibility permission?

The AccessibilityService API is the only Android-native mechanism that enables an on-screen assistant to read incoming messages across third-party apps like WhatsApp and Instagram and insert drafted replies into the text box. REPLU strictly ignores banking apps, passwords, and system screens.

Which messaging apps are currently supported?

REPLU officially supports WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram Direct on Android devices running Android 10 and above.

How many and which languages does REPLU support?

REPLU supports 20+ languages in both authentic native scripts and Romanized chat dialects (English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Punjabi, Malayalam, Urdu, Bhojpuri, Nepali, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Korean, and Hinglish/colloquial forms).

Does REPLU understand Hinglish and colloquial chat slang?

Yes! REPLU includes deep neural understanding of colloquial Indian messaging and slang (like yaar, pakka, scene set hai, bhai, machan, sahi hai) and automatically calibrates warmth and festival greetings so messages never sound stiff or corporate.

How does the free daily quota work?

Every user receives 5 free AI Smart Replies and 3 voice speech translations every 24 hours. The quota resets daily at midnight. For unlimited smart replies, extended 2-minute voice input, and full persona access, you can upgrade to REPLU Pro.

Can I customize REPLU to match my personal texting style?

Yes! In the REPLU app, you can customize your reply persona by selecting your preferred tone (Casual, Professional, Flirty, Friendly), adjusting reply length, fine-tuning emoji frequency, and enabling Hinglish slang.

Welcome to REPLU. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the REPLU mobile application (“the App”), provided by SydFoundry (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Quick Summary

REPLU is an assistive messaging copilot. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. REPLU provides AI-suggested drafts, but you maintain full control over what you send. Subscriptions are billed and managed securely through Google Play.

1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using REPLU, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or install the App.

2Description of Service & User Control

REPLU is an assistive tool designed to generate smart, contextual reply suggestions and speech-to-text translations for messaging apps (such as WhatsApp and Instagram Direct). You acknowledge and understand that:

No Automated Transmission: REPLU never automatically sends messages on your behalf. Suggested replies are only inserted into the compose box upon your explicit tap of the “Insert” button.
User Responsibility: You retain sole editorial discretion and responsibility for reviewing, modifying, and sending any message in your conversations.

3AI Technology & Content Disclaimer

Assistive NatureReply suggestions are generated using advanced artificial intelligence (via OpenAI's commercial API through our secure gateway). AI models generate outputs based on probabilistic patterns.

4Subscriptions & Billing (REPLU Pro)

REPLU offers both free daily starter credits and optional auto-renewing paid subscription tiers (“REPLU Pro”) unlockable via Google Play In-App Billing:

Google Play BillingPayment is charged directly to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

Automatic RenewalSubscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle.

Managing, Canceling & RefundsYou can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Android device in Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. All refund requests are governed by Google Play's standard refund policies and must be requested through Google Play Customer Support.

5Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to use REPLU to:

Engage in harassment, hate speech, bullying, defamation, or illegal spam.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract source code, or bypass our security gateway tokens.
Abuse, overload, or disrupt the operation of our backend servers and API infrastructure.

6Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, logos, animations, and proprietary algorithms comprising REPLU are the exclusive property of SydFoundry. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal communication assistance.

7Termination & Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App or backend services without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your agreement at any time by uninstalling the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SydFoundry and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) REPLU.
